Terms & Conditions

1. No refunds are offered or given in general on download software products. We encourage you to research and choose wisely. Refunds will only be offered on download products if there is a known user-wide (every user that has purchased the product has a ciritcal error issue) problem with the product. Refunds cannot be provided if you do not like the product purchased. Please choose wisely. Refunds for boxed software will only be provided in the event of a defective disk that cannot be installed and such events must be reported to us within 14 days of the date of purchase of said product. We cannot offer refunds on boxes or disc cases or on disc media itself damaged during shipping where the disc itself is still able to be fully installed without error.

2. All hardware sold comes with original manufacturer's warranty applied. In the event of receiving a hardware item that is DOA, please contact us immediately. If you have a hardware issue or fault within the warranty period that is considered or comes about through "normal" use, you are entitled to have your hardware repaired or replaced under warranty. You will be required to pay return postage costs to have the item returned to us or our designated return point (within Australia).
