We offer you a number of ways to order your flight sim products whether you are shopping online or from our printed catalog. Even if you are one of those people who are not comfortable shopping online, you can still use our online catalog. Our shopping cart supports mail order, fax order or telephone orders, as well as online orders. These options are presented to you upon checkout before you enter any credit card information. If you're not comfortable using credit cards online then can, for a small additional fee, ship your product COD (available to orders within the US only).

• By Telephone. This will give you the fastest service as our telephone operators will enter your order right into the system, on-the-spot, for immediate dispatch of your order. Using the Shopping Cart

Our shopping cart is fully secure and very easy to use. As you find the product you wish to purchase simply click on the "Add to Cart" button to add it to your cart. After you add your first item, you will be taken to the checkout page. If you wish to purchase more items, click the "Continue Shopping" button. If you wish to purchase now, click the CHECKOUT button. On the next screen, you will be provided with real-time shipping quotes for the items you have selected. Choose a shipping method, and then below that choose a payment method. Don't be apprehensive using the shopping cart as your order is not sent to us until you complete the check out process. When ready, submit your order. If you have selected Credit Card as a payment option, you will be taken to the ANZeGate site for entering of card details for processing. If you choose Paypal, you will be taken to relevant Paypal screens for payment processing. Follow onscreen instructions for other payment methods.

Guarantee

Hardware Items
We honour the full warranty period offered as standard with each individual hardware product. If you have a fault with your unit within the warranty period, please contact us. Note that the customer is responsible for covering shipping costs to return the item to us or the nominated repairer for warranty claims. If the item tests and checks out OK on our end, it will be returned back to you. If it is found to be faulty, it will be repaired or replaced under warranty as normal. Please choose hardware carefully. We cannot refund you if you have simply changed your mind or no longer wish to use the item purchased. There are no refunds given on hardware items except in cases where a replacement unit of the same type cannot be offered.

Please refer to our Returns Procedure below for guidelines on returning products.

Software Items
Due to piracy issues, we cannot accept the return of, nor provide a refund on any returned software packages that have been opened. In the event of a defective software product, we can exchange a software product with a copy of the same title but we cannot refund or replace the software with an alternative title.

If you ordered a product in error and realized the error after it was dispatched to you, then simply refuse the delivery when it arrives. If you accept it and open the shipping box, you will have to pay return postage on the item. If you refuse it, the post office will simply send it back to us without any charges to either you or us.

If you decide after you open the shipping box that you do not want the product, then please follow the return procedure below for returning the item. Please note that if you open the software box, or break the seal on the DVD/CD-ROM inside (if present) then we will not be able to accept the return of software.


 

Returns Procedure

So you keep coming back to PC Aviator for your flight sim needs, we try to make returning products as hassle free as buying them in the first place.

1) Call us on (07) 3149 3096 to obtain an Return Authorization Number (RA#).
2) We will issue you with an RA# which you should write clearly on the outside of the box.
3) Ensure that the product is properly packaged in a protective box. You are responsible for the safe return of software or hardware that is sent back to us.

5) Note: For returned hardware items or unopened software products, the product must arrive back to us in perfect resellable condition in order for you to receive a 100% refund. If the product packaging is damaged then we reserve the right to apply a 20% restocking fee on that item. Also: If you are returning your order by registered mail, then we suggest that you use Delivery Confirmation for tracking and delivery confirmation. This protects you in the event of a lost parcel.

Please contact us if you need to return a hardware item.

Returns Of Software Items

7) Note that refunds on returns will not include a refund for shipping unless the product was shipped to you in error. We trust that our returns procedure is hassle free and meets your needs.

We do offer a basic level of tech support for any title you purchase from PC Aviator. We are familiar with common problems that people may experience with certain products and can at least guide you in the right direction to where to go for more extensive help. The best source for detailed technical support is software publisher's websites where most do offer a support page or a support e-mail address.
